The Level of Creative Leadership Practice Among Secondary SchoolPrincipals in Palestine from Teachers' Perspectives

The study aimed to identify the level of creative leadership by secondary school principals in Palestine. The descriptive. The study population consisted of all male and female teachers working in secondary schools in the 2024/2025 academic year, totaling 10,288 teachers. A random cluster sampling method was used and the sample included 371 teachers, rapresenting 3.6% of the study population. The researcher developed a questionnaire as the study instrument, which consisted of two sections. The first section included the demographic. The second section, in its final form, comprised 41 items. The findings revealed that the level of creative leadership practiced by secondary school principals in Palestine, was high from the teachers' perspective. The results also indicated that there were no statistically significant differences at the significance level (a<0.05) in the mean responses of the study sample regarding the degree of creative leadership attributed to the variables of academic qualification across all domains and the overall score. However, statistically significant differences were found at the significance level (a<0.05) attributed to years of experience on the overall score, in favor of teachers with 5 years of experience conducting future studies that address creative leadership in educational institutions, in a way that contributes to deepening the understanding of its impact on improving school performance.
