Organizational Creativity Among Private School Principals and itsRelationship with The Achievement Culture

The research aimed to identify Organizational Creativity among Private School Principals and it relationship with the Achievement Culture from the Teachers` Perspective in The University District in Jordan, the researchers adopted a descriptive correlational survey method approach, the population in this research consisted of (386) teachers, selected by using simple random sample method, and used questionnaires for data collection, which included two main components: organizational creativity and achievement culture. The results indicated a high degree of principals’ practices among private schools for organizational creativity from teachers' perspective in University District. Also, it indicated a moderate degree for teachers practices among private schools. Furthermore, it indicted a positive, correlation statistically significant between organizational creativity and the achievement Culture. So, the researchers recommended organizing training programs depend on teachers' needs, in order to develop them professionally and academically, also to enhance the using of technology and artificial intelligence in education and administration
