This study aimed to design an Interactive Electronic Book based on the ADDIE instructional design model and to investigate its role in developing English language skills among fifth-grade female students. The study used a quasi-experimental design with a convenience sample of 46 fifth-grade female students divided into experimental and control groups. The experimental group was taught English using an interactive electronic book, while the control group used traditional methods. Study tools included the electronic book, an English skills test, and interviews with experimental group students A) t-test (for correlated samples was applied to compare pre- and post-test scores in four skills:) reading, listening, writing, and speaking (. Findings showed that the experimental group significantly outperformed the control group in all four skills. As indicated by the independent samples(t-test), the mean score in the post-test for those skills among the experimental group was higher than that of the control group. The results of the interviews also revealed a positive attitude among the students and a high level of engagement with learning through the interactive book, highlighting its role in fostering motivation and interaction during learning. The study recommended developing the interactive electronic book by adding new interfaces and diversifying the scientific content
